Ingredients & Directions
                
     4 c  Sugar
     1 c  Milk
     1 ts Vanilla
     1 c  Butter
    13 oz Milk chocolate
    12 oz Semi-sweet morsels
     2 oz Unsweetened chocolate
    25 lg Marshmellows; cut up

 Boil milk, sugar, vanilla, and butter 2 minutes, stirring. Turn off heat.
 Add marshmellows. Stir until melted. Add chocolate (all three types) one
 piece at a time until melted. Pour into large, greased (9 X 13) pan. Makes
       5    lbs. Lots!
