Ingredients & Directions
                
     1    Egg, separated                    1/3 c  Milk
     1 ts Grated lemon zest                   2 tb Flour
     2 tb Fresh lemon juice                 1/8 ts Salt
 Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Beat egg white till stiff peaks form.
 Beat egg yolk; add remaining ingredients and beat till smooth. Fold
 in egg white. Divide between ungreased 1 cup baking dishes or 6 oz.
 custard cups. Place in pan of hot water (1 inch deep). Bake 45 to 50
 minutes. Serve warm. Two generous servings.
