Ingredients & Directions
                
     2 ts Active dry yeast
   3/4 c  Whole wheat flour
 1 1/2 c  Bread flour
   3/4 c  Rye flour
     2 ts Salt
     1 tb Butter
 1 1/2 tb Molasses
     3 tb Honey
     1 c  Warm water
 Load machine in order suggested by manufacturer. Process on White bread
 cycle or regular cycle on Lightest crust to Medium crust setting. Mc

 NOTES : Makes one 1 1/2 pound loaf. Per 1 1/2 pound loaf: 1712 calories, 18
 grams fat, 31 mg. cholesterol. Bobbie’s Note: I added about 2 tsp. gluten
 to this bread. It was soft and very flavorful. Nice dark color.
