Ingredients & Directions
                
     1 c  Sugar                               1 ts Salt
   1/2 c  Shortening                          1 c  Sour milk
     2    Eggs                                1 c  Ground up raisins
     2 c  Flour                               1    Orange and rind, ground
   1/2 ts Soda                              1/2 c  Sugar
     1 ts Baking powder                  
 Mix in order given, save juice of orange for glaze topping. Bake cake
 at 350 degrees F. for 35 to 40 minutes.
 Glaze: Add 1/2 cup sugar to orange juice-when cake is done, pour over
 cake and bake until it forms a sugar crust.
