1 ea Loaf                                2 c  Flour
     2 T  Softened butter                     1 t  Baking powder
   1/4 c  Hot water                         1/2 t  Salt
   1/2 c  Orange juice                      1/4 t  Baking soda
 1 1/2 T  Freshly grated orange rind          1 c  Fresh blueberries, or
     1 ea Egg                                      -frozen or canned,
     1 c  Sugar                                    Well-drained
 Combine butter, water, orange juice and rind in a bowl.  Add egg and
 mix well.  Add dry ingredients and fold in blueberries by hand. Bake
 at 325 F in greased 9×5-inch baking pan for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
