1/2 c  Butter or margarine               1/2 ts Nutmeg
     1 c  Sugar                           1 3/4 c  Flour, all-purpose
     2    Egg                                 1 ts Baking powder
     1 ts Vanilla extract                   1/2 ts Baking soda
     1 ts Almond extract                    1/4 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Cinnamon                       
 1] Cream butter, sugar, and eggs until well blended. Add almond &
 vanilla extract.
 2] Mix together flur, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnomon, &
 salt. Stir into first mixture.
 3] Drop by heaping teaspoonfulls about 2 inches apart onto lightly
 greased baking sheets. [Cookies will spread some.]
 4] Bake at 375#F for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove at
 once to wire racks to cool. Store in airtight container.
 5] When cool, decorate with favorite frosting, sprinkles, or whatever
 you may wish.
