1 c  Cottage cheese, sieved
     2 tb Butter, softened
     2 tb Thin cream
     2 c  Sifted bread flour
     1    Egg, beaten
   1/2 ts Salt
          A pinch of ground thyme
     4 ts Baking powder

1. Cream together cottage cheese, butter, egg and cream.
2. Combine flour with salt, thyme and baking powder.
3. Make a hole in the flour mixture and dampin the cottage cheese mixture.
 4. Gradually blend starting from the center and bringing down flour mixture
 from edge, making a soft dough.
 5. Turn out on lightly floured board, knead 30 sec. then roll into 1/2″
 thickness.
6. Cut with floured biscuit cutter and place on ungreased baking sheet.
 7. Bake at 450 degrees 10-12 min.
