Ingredients & Directions
                
     2 c  Milk
   1/2 c  Sugar
   1/2 ts Soda
   1/2 ts Salt
     1 ts Baking powder
     5 c  Flour
     2 pk Yeast
   1/2 c  Shortening
 Mix yeast, sugar and shortening in warm milk. Add 2 cups flour, mix well
 and let rise 1 hour in warm place. Add the rest of the flour, salt, soda
 and baking powder. Roll out on floured surface. Cut biscuits and place in
 pan. Let rise 1 to 2 hours before baking. Bake at 350 F until done.
 TO FREEZE: Freeze after cut out on trays. Let rise after thawing.
