Ingredients & Directions
                
-FIRST INGREDIENTS-
     1 c  Very warm water
   1/2 ts Salt
     5 tb Sugar
     5 tb Butter or margarine;
          -softened
     1    Egg
   1/2 ts Vanilla
   1/2 ts Almond extract
     3 tb Non-fat dry milk
     3 c  Bread flour
 2 1/2 ts Yeast; (1 package)
-SECOND INGREDIENTS-
   1/2 c  Raisins**
     3 tb Fruit; dried or candied
     2 tb Pine nuts
**soaked in rum or water for 30 minutes and well drained.
 Place first ingredients in baking pan; select Light Crust and Fruit/Nut
 cycle.
At the beep add second ingredients.
The initial mix is very wet, but eventually thickens.
