Ingredients & Directions
                
     1 tb Olive oil
     2 ts Chopped garlic
     2    Chipotle peppers; seeded,
          -diced small
     1 c  Homemade or prepared
          -mayonnaise
     1 tb Chopped green onions
          Juice of 1 lemon
          Salt; to taste
          Freshly-ground black pepper;
          -to taste
 In a small skillet heat oil over low heat with garlic and chipotle
 peppers until flavors and aromas are released, about 4 minutes,
 stirring and tossing often. Transfer to a small bowl and let cool.
 Stir in mayonnaise, green onions and lemon juice; season to taste
 with salt and pepper.
