4 sl Stale bread.
     1 cn Pineapples.
    80 g  Sugar.
    80 g  Butter.
     1 cn Whipped cream.
 1 Cut the pineapples into pieces. Spread half of the butter over one
 side of the slices of bread and sprinkle them with 60 g of the sugar.
 2 Melt the rest of the butter in a frying pan over a low heat, put in
 the bread slices with the buttered and sugared side uppermost. Cover
 and fry for 10 minutes.
 3 Remove the bread slices from the pan, put them on a plate and leave
 to cool.
 4 Arrange the pineapple on the bread. Shake the can of whipped cream
 and use to decorate the tartines.
 The invention of bread is attributed to the Egyptians, who made flat
 loaves cooked on heated stones. It is thought that they discovered
 fermentation by chance, with dough that had become sour.
