Ingredients & Directions
                
 1 1/4 c  Sugar
   1/2 c  Butter
   2/3 c  Milk
     2 c  Pastry Flour
     2 ts Baking Powder
     1 ts Vanilla
   1/4 ts Salt
     3    Eggs
 Cream butter and sugar. Add milk, then flour sifted with the baking
 powder and salt. Add vanilla. Add eggs (unbeaten) one at a time and
 beat each one thoroughly into the mixture. Bake for 45 min at 375 deg.
