FILLING
     1 c  Sour cream                          1 c  Coarsley crushed tortilla
     2 tb Taco sauce                               Chips
     3 tb Chopped ripe olives           
-MEAT SHELLS-
     1 lb Ground beef                         1 c  (4oz) shredded cheddar
     2 tb Taco seasoning                           Cheese
     2 tb Water                          
Preheat oven to 425F.
 Combine meat shell ingredients and press into sides and bottoms of
 mini muffin cups. Combine filling ingredients and put about a
 teaspoon into each shell. Bake 7-8 minutes until cooked and bubbly.
 Remove from pan and serve.
