Ingredients & Directions
                
     1 lb Ground beef
   2/3 c  Evaporated milk; 6 oz
   1/2 c  Bread crumbs
   1/2 ts Garlic powder; salt
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/3 c  Tomato paste; or katsup
     2 oz Mushrooms;sliced opt.
     1 c  Cheddar cheese;sharp shred
   1/4 ts Oregano
     2 tb Parmesan cheese; grated
   1/2 pk Pepperoni; opt
   DIRECTIONS ———————
 ~— Combine ground meat with milk, bread crumbs, and garlic. Press
 into shape of pie plate (9 in) Spread tomato paste over meat .
 (optional, place pepperoni over this) Top with cheddar cheese, (or
 mottzerella) , sprinkle with oregano, then parmesan cheese. bake at
     375    for about 25 min.
