Ingredients & Directions
                
   1/2 c  Sugar
   3/4 c  Butter
     1 lg Egg yolk
     2 c  Cake flour
 Cream butter and sugar well. Add flour.  Divide in thirds and pat each
 third in 8 inch springform pan. Will refergerate for 3 days or can be
 frozen.
 Filling (Makes 1): 3 c blueberries 6 T sugar 1/2 t lemon peel 1 T
 lemon juice 1 baked shell powdered sugar
 Bring 2 c blueberries to a boil on high heat, stir often and cook for
 8-10 min. Cool berries covered, then chill over night. Pour into
 baked shell and arrange remaining berries on top. Sprinkle with
 powdered sugar.
