Ingredients & Directions
                
     2 lg Egg Whites
     1 c  Sugar
     1 tb Lemon Juice
 1 1/4 c  Crushed Strawberries
   1/2 pt Whipped Cream
     1    10″ Pie Shell
 Beat the egg whites, sugar, lemon juice and berries at high speed
 with a mixer for 15 minutes.  Fold in whipped cream. Pile into pie
 shell. Freeze until ready to serve.
