Ingredients & Directions
                
     3 oz Melted butter
     4 oz Crushed chocolate biscuits
    15 oz White chocolate
     2    Floz Grande Marnier
     1 pt Whipping Cream
          Cocoa to dust
 Line a 10 inch cake tin. Melt the butter, add the biscuits. Flatten the
 mixture into the bottom of the tin and chill well.
 Melt the chocolate and add the Grande Marnier. Lightly whip the cream. Fold
 the chocolate and cream together. Fill into the cake tin. Set in the
 fridge. When set, remove from tin and pipe with cream then dust with cocoa.
