Ingredients & Directions
                
   2/3 c  Instant mashed potato
          -granules
   2/3 c  Hot water
   1/3 c  Shortening
 1 1/2 c  All-purpose flour
     4 ts Baking powder
   1/2 ts Salt
     2 ts Milk
 Mix potatoes and water in medium bowl. Let stand until water is absorbed.
 Mix in shortening. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in just
 enough milk to make a stiff dough. Knead on floured surface until dough is
 smooth, about 10 times. Pat into desired shape.
