Ingredients & Directions
                
   1/4 lb Butter
     1 c  Sugar
     2    Eggs
     2 c  Flour
     1 ts Baking Powder
       pn Salt
   1/2 c  (To 3/4)
     1 c  Pineapple, Crushed And
          Drained
          Nuts — chopped
 Cream butter and sugar. Beat eggs in one at a time. Sift flour, baking
 powder, and salt together. Alternate adding flour mixture and
 pineapple to egg mixture. Add nuts. Grease and flour loaf pans. Bake
 at 350 F for 45 mins to 1 hour. Yield: 2 small loaves or 1 large loaf.
