Ingredients & Directions
                
     2 c  Chopped Granny Smith apples;
          -(1 lg. apple)
 1 1/2 c  Sliced almonds
   3/4 c  Chopped onion
   3/4 c  Chopped celery
     4 tb Margarine
 Put all ingredients above in pan and saute. Stir in 1 teaspoon cinnamon,
 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and toss with 6 cups of
 bread cubes. Then add 1 cup raisins, 1 beaten egg, and 1/2 cup cider or
 apple juice. Put in greased 9×5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30
 minutes.
