5/8 c  Milk (I use leftover cooking
          -water; as above)
     3 c  Flour; all purpose
   1/3 c  Plain mashed potato; at room
          -temperature
 1 1/2 ts Salt
 1 1/2 tb Applesauce; or your favorite
          -fat substitute
 1 1/2 tb Sugar
 1 1/2 ts Yeast

 From Bread Machine Magic by Linda Rehberg and  Lois Conway Place all
 ingredients into bread pan, select light crust setting and press start.
 After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and
 allow 1 hour to cool before slicing.
