 1 1/8 c  Whole wheat flour
     3 tb Buckwheat flour
     3 tb Rye flour
     3 tb Soy flour
     3 tb Cornmeal
   1/3 c  Rolled oats
 1 1/2 tb Vital gluten; optional
 1 1/2 ts Yeast
 flour equivalent: 3 1/3 cups cycle: wheat, white, sweet;timer setting:
 light to medium 1 1/2 lb loaf can be scaled to 1 or 2 lbs.
