Ingredients & Directions
                
   250 g  Soft butter
   100 g  Flour
    60 g  Corn starch
    60 g  Icing sugar
     5 ml Vanilla

1. Preheat oven to 160C .
2. Beat butter and vanilla until foamy.
3. Add dry ingredients and blend. Do not overstir.
4. Spoon onto an ungreased pan.
5. Bake at 160 =F8C until done (10-20 minutes depending on thickness)
 Author’s Notes: My mother makes this; she got the recipe from a friend.
