4 c  Pumpkin puree                       1 c  Light cream
     4 c  Sugar                               1 tb Vanilla
     1 ts Salt                                     Pastry for 3 9-inch pie
     2 ts Cinnamon                                 -shells
     1 ts Nutmeg                                   Whipped cream & chopped nuts
     6 ea Eggs, lightly beaten                     -for garnish
     4 c  Milk                           
 Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.  Blend in eggs,
 milk, cream and vanilla.  Pour into pie shells and bake at 400F for
 50 minutes, or until firm.  Cool on a rack.  Garnish with whipped
 cream and chopped walnuts.
