3    Eggs                              1/4 c  Softened Butter
   1/2 c  Dark Brown Sugar                    1 c  Pecan Pieces
     1 c  Dark Corn Syrup                   1/2 c  Pecan Halves — for granish
   1/2 ts Salt                                1    9 Inch Pie Shell, Unbaked
     1 ts Vanilla Extract                          And Refrigerated
 Preheat oven to 375 F. Beat eggs in a medium-size bowl. Add brown
 sugar, corn syrup, salt, and vanilla. Blend well. Stir in butter and
 broken pecans. Pour into pie shell. If you like, make a design when
 placing the pecan halves on top. Bake for 45 to 50 mins or until the
 center is firm. Yield: about 8 servings
