Ingredients & Directions
                
 1 1/2 c  Fresh peaches, peeled and
          -sliced
   1/2 c  Unsweetened applesauce
     1 tb Apple juice concentrate,
          -thawed
     1 tb Molasses
     1 ts Cinnamon
     1 ts Ground cardamom
   1/4 ts Nutmeg
   1/2 ts Salt
 1 1/2 c  Rolled oats
 1 1/2 c  Whole wheat bread flour
     2 ts Active dry yeast
   1/2 c  Chopped dried peaches
 You can substitute one 16-ounce can sliced peaches for the fresh peaches
 and applesauce.
