1 c  Cake Flour                      1 2/3 c  Superfine Sugar
    12 lg Egg Whites                          1 ts Cream of Tartar
   1/2 ts Salt                                2 ts Fresh Lemon Juice
     2 ts Fresh Lime Juice                1 1/4 ts Grated Lemon Peel
 1 1/4 ts Grated Lime Peel               
 Position Rack in lowest third of oven at 350 degrees Sift flour with
 1/3 cup sugar.  Beat egg, lemon & lime juice.  Gradually beat in
 remaining 1 cup sugar.  Continue beating until stiff.  Mix lemon and
 lime peel. Sift 1/4 cup of flour into whites. Continue until flour is
 gone. Spoon into 10″ tube pan. Bake for 42 minutes. Invert pan and
 place it on a bottle and allow to cool. Pour Lemon-Lime Glaze over
 Cake. (see related recipe).
