Ingredients & Directions
                
   3/4 lb Lean ground beef                    1 tb Chopped capers
     1    Egg                                 1 ts Horseradish
   1/4 c  Cooked carrots                      1 ts Salt
   1/4 c  Cooked turnips                    1/8 ts Pepper
     2 tb Grated onion                   
 Combine ground meat and egg.  Mix well.  Mash cooked carrots and
 turnips and add to the meat.  Add other ingredients and mix well.
 Shape into four large patties.  Chill thoroughly for 1 hour.  Broil
 meat cakes until browned on each side. Randy Rigg
