Ingredients & Directions
                
     1 pk Yellow cake mix                 1 1/2 c  Fermented fruit
     3 oz Pkg lemon instant pudding                From fermented fruit starter
     4 ea Eggs                                     Recipe
   2/3 c  Vegetable oil                       1 c  Nuts; chopped
     2 ts Orange extract                      1 c  Raisins
 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine cake and pudding mixes, eggs,
 oil and orange extract in a large bowl.  Add fruit, nuts and raisins
 and mix thoroughly.  Pour into greased, floured tube pan and bake 1
 hour.  Let cook 15 minutes before removing from pan.
