Ingredients & Directions
                
 1 1/2 c  Sugar
     1 c  Shortening
     3    Eggs; unbeaten
 3 1/2 c  Flour
     4 tb Baking powder
   1/2 ts Salt
     1 cn (large) evaporated milk
     1 ts Vanilla
     2 ts Almond extract
TOPPING
   1/2 c  Sugar
     2 ts Cinnamon
     1 c  Pecans
 Cream sugar, shortening & eggs. Combine with other cake ingredients.  Mix
 topping together. Alternate mix & topping in 3 layers in greased angel food
 cake pan. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes at 350.
