1/2 c  Butter                              1 ts Baking powder
     1 c  Sugar                               1 ts Baking soda
     1 c  Chopped, cooked sweet onions      1/2 ts Salt
     1 c  Cooked squash                       1 tb Cinnamon
     2 c  Flour                               1 ts Vanilla
 Cook onions in small amount of water until tender.  Cream together
 butter, sugar, onions and squash.  Sift together flour, baking
 powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; add to cream mixture. Add
 vanilla; beat well.  Drop from teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet.
 Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Yield: 5 dozen cookies.
