Ingredients & Directions
                
   1/2 c  Butter                              1 c  Sugar
     1 x  Egg, well beaten                  2/3 c  Crushed drained pineapple
     2 c  Flour                               1 ts Baking powder
   1/2 ts Salt                                1 ts Vanilla
 Cream sugar and butter and add egg.  Then pineapple.  Sift dry
 ingredients, add to first mixture.  Drop by spoonfuls. bake in oven
 at 350 degrees.
